Do you charge for your services?

We offer everyone a free business mobile review. From this we tailor a package that will usually be free-of-charge, with our commission being paid for by the mobile phone network.

There are circumstances where a very expensive phone is required on a very small business mobile tariff and a contribution towards the handset cost is required. This will be advised in advance.

What is the minimum number of handsets?

We can help business customers with 1 handset or 100 plus. All customers are welcome to apply and will all receive our excellent customer service.

We want new handsets, are these available?

Yes, new handsets are available and are usually provided free of charge dependent upon your tariff.

We can advise you on the best handsets for your particular usage including BlackBerry mobiles and SmartPhones for a complete mobile office solution including data and email or more rugged handsets where they are likely to take a few knocks during the course of your work.

Can I retain my existing number/s?

Yes, this is possible in the majority of cases with a PAC (Porting Authority Code) number. We can help with the transfer of numbers for you and ensure a smooth transition to your new contract.

Are you tied to one network?

No. We are not tied to one network and can therefore give you the best advice on the options available to you and provide you with a range of different tariff options.

Can you help with data and email?

We are specialists for BlackBerry mobiles and can offer a range of other SmartPhones which offer excellent internet and email delivery.

We can also advise you on the best data packages to add to your contract and help you with set-up and ongoing support.

Can I change my contract mid-term?

Upgrading to a higher tariff can be done anytime. If you are looking to downgrade to a lower tariff there are terms and conditions which differ between the networks. We can explain all of the options to you depending on your current contract and network provider.

Do you provide mobile phone accessories?

We can provide you with a full range of mobile phone accessories, including hands free kits, for all types of mobile handset.
