1) On a computer, navigate to http://mobileemail.vodafone.net/
2) Click the “Create New Account” button
3) Read the terms and conditions and agree by clicking the checkbox and then clicking “I Agree”
4) Enter the PIN and IMEI number (without the dots) for your device, for how to find this, click here
5) Choose a username and password for your account; this enables you to log in should you need to make any future changes. The username must be 4 or more characters and the password must be 8-16 characters and include a mix of lower and uppercase letters and at least 1 number. If the username you choose is already taken, the page notifies you and gives similar alternatives.
6) When given the choice between “Add an existing mail account” or “Need new mail account”, choose add existing and enter your email address and password, unless you wish to create a new, separate email account with the name@mobileemail.vodafone.net format
7) After processing your request, you should be informed the account has been successfully added and given the option to edit the signature and settings.
8) With some email accounts there may be additional settings required, if so, these can be obtained from your IT department, or whoever manages your email server. With all the major email addresses, such as @Yahoo, @Gmail etc. you shouldn’t need to give any further details, if asked for additional settings, you may have incorrectly typed the email address or the email password, please check these and try again.
