1) Tap “Settings”
2) Tap “Mail, Contacts, Calendars”
3) Tap “Add Account…”
4) Tap “Microsoft Exchange”
5) Enter the Email address, user name (this is usually the same as the email address before the @ symbol), password (this is usually the same as your login password, if you are unsure, contact the person who manages your Exchange server) and a desired description (this defaults to Exchange)
6) The iPhone will then attempt to connect and pull across any further settings required, if it is unable to do so, these can be entered manually
7) Tap Next
8) Select which items you would like to sync between the iPhone and your mail account using the sliders
9) Tap Save
10) Your iPhone should now be set up for your Exchange account, it may take a while during your original sync whilst it downloads any previous emails from the server.
