1) Tap “Settings”
2) Tap “Mail, Contacts, Calendars”
3) Tap “Add Account…”
4) Tap “Other”
5) Tap “Add Mail Account”
6) Enter the Name (this is the “from” name the recipient will see), Address, Password for your account and a description (this is how the mailbox will display on your phone and will default to the server address), then tap Next
7) Select the POP option at the top of the screen and fill in any necessary settings, if you are unsure about the incoming or outgoing server settings, contact your IT department or the company that hosts your emails (this will usually be the company that hosts your website) then tap Save
8) A Message may appear informing you that a connection cannot be made using SSL and give you the option to try without using SSL; select Yes, as SSL is not normally required
9) Once the phone has verified your account settings, you should now begin receiving emails to the device
